They help me clear out excess of glycogen in my system post cheat meals because i always perform them in circuit way little to 0 rest serving the purpose of cardio work, it gets my endorphins going to set the pace for the day in a positive way! Helps me with my coordination and balance and well I also get my tan on!. Babes please start the week with some positivity, your fitness journey should be a source of joy and not a source of suffering! Try new workouts, try new places to workout! You have to lose your fear to embarrass yourself and lose the fear of doing something wrong! No body was born a master and no body was born with an amazing body! You have to work for it! Might as well try to have fun with it, stop worrying about the weight scale, stop worrying about comments on freaking social media, stop worrying about strangers throwing negativity!
